- Click View Manage Dashboard.
- Click Settings.
- Click Nicknames & roles.
- From drop down select Not Assigned.
- Click Save my changes.
To Add a Member;
- Navigate: My Verizon > My Plans & Services > Manage Verizon Family Safeguards & Controls.
- Click View & Manage Dashboard.
- Click Settings.
- Click Nicknames & roles.
- Enter a nickname and then select a role from drop down.
- Note Member is selected when the role is presented.
